elder scrolls 5 how do i cast speels?

open your magic menu

go to spell you want to cast

equip it in right hand or left hand like you do a weapon

you can equip a different spell in each hand

or you can equip same spell in both hands and cast more powerful version if you have the dual cast perk for that school of  magic
