call of duty modern warfare 3 disturbing content message why is it saying ?

It really isn't that disturbing, and I forget the mission. But pretty much all that happens is your a dad video taping your wife a daughter in England. Then a truck goes by that is filled with gas and the truck explodes. Then you watch you wife and daughter choke to death. If you choose to skip it all that happens is it skis the movie, no biggie. It doesn't even have an effect on the plot, all it tells you is that someone let poison gas in England.
