modern warfare 3 "iw5sp.exe has stopped working"?

Hello.  I bought my game a month ago and guess what...I'm going to take it back!!  With the game unavailable for the last 3 weeks in the on or off play mode and getting the BLUE screen coming up...this game SHOULD NOT have been released for PC!!  What kills me is you can not even contact the company for advice!!  Not ONE phone number!!  They made millions where is the trouble shooting hot line numbert?   I  unloaded the game from my computer and reloaded MW3 and now I get the iw5sp.exe problem which states "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" "A problem caused Windows to stop working correctly.  Windows will notify you if a solution is available."  This is bull!!  MONEY BACK TIME!! SCREW THIS GAME!!  Lawsuit time!! And yes I do  have a computer shich can run this program!!

Uninstall the MW3 dedicated server program. It worked for me, no more iw5sp.exe crashes.
