Well it is most probably zekrom but it also depends how YOU play and what the stats are of your pokemon. :)

For the lower levels, I really liked Oshawott.  Very useful monster.

If you are talkikng about the starter pokemon, they all have the same total base stats, so it really just depends on what type you want. Each is useful.

If you are talking about the legendary pokemon, then it is probably Zekrom.

Strongest is definately a relative term. Pokemon have so many combinations of types and moves available that there's no definitive "strongest" pokemon or moveset. There are definately more potent ones, but there is no be-all end-all winner to strength.

It may help to go serebii.net or other pokemon database sites to see what your pokemon excel in, but if you're playing casually, strength doesn't matter too much. The most important thing is that your entire team consists of pokemon that can abuse the type differences, and be able to throw out pokemon that will benefit from damage bonuses with types.
