What is the Best Valve Game in your opinion?

In my opinion the best Valve game would have to be Half Life 2. That game was absolutely amazing, the graphics were astounding for its time, and the storyline was incredibly immersive and the gameplay was extremely fun. All of Valve's games are amazing but to me Half Life 2 takes the cake. Just talking about Half Life 2 makes me want to go play it again haha....i think im gonna go play it now....

Half Life 2 was the whole package. Great storytelling, pacing, very good graphics for its time.

for me it is several games HL2, portal, and counterstrike source. all great games

From the games I've played (Portal, Portal 2, Team Fortress 2, Half Life Deathmatch, and CounterStrike Source) I'd have to say Portal 2.

Half life series set teh bar for Single player fps' and IMO,no game has come close to touching it.

I loved Half Life 2, but I think I'd have to go with Portal. It's definitely close for me.
