You travel to Tredony to trade and that unlocks the fine bread recipe so you can make it in your oven I think.  I am still taking stuff to Tredony and trying to unlock the recipe! Good luck xx

Going to Tredony and trading did not give me the recipe.

Buy the oven in Furnish mode.  Purchase 3 wheat from the village shop.  The recipe is available to you already without going to Tredony.

This did not work for me.
you will find in the oven ''fine leaf-large'', make it, and put in your inventory. Before that you need to buy wheat

You need to have Tredony as an annexed country.  Once they're annexed, make sure they're not in rebellion; if they are rebelling you won't get the benefits that having them annexed gives you.

How do you get them to become annexed again if you are not playing the queen/king?
I have the same problem...
