can you trade from white version to heart gold?

No, Pokemon Heart Gold does not support Pokemon from Pokemon White.

Simply put, this is because when Heart Gold was created the data for all the new Pokemon in White simply didn't exist, and therefore not included on the Heart Gold cartridge.

You can, however, TRANSFER from Heart Gold to White.
