How do I change the difficulty to casual on Dragon Age 2?

Go to options --> gameplay. Then there is a pull down menu for difficulty.

On the PC, press the escape key to bring up the menu. Then select Options, then gameplay, and here you are able to change the difficulty.

On the 360 / PS3, press start, and then select Options, gameplay, and here you can change the difficulty.
