Depends on what you mean by "TRY TO PLAY THE PRELOAD"

if you mean you repeatedly click on the game in the library menu hoping it will launch, then you probably wont get banned for that

but if you mean you try to decrypt the files or hack into steams servers, then yeah you would get banned
