In portal 2 how fast you can go into a infinite loop

You know the thing where you put a portal on the ceiling and on the floor and jump.

If you line up the portals correctly: pretty fast. The first Portal had an achievement for falling 30,000 feet, which (to my knowledge) was only possible using portals.

I guess it would be terminal velocity, seeing as the game uses physics so much. Terminal velocity is around 120mph for a normal human.

Place one portal on the ceiling and one on the floor and jump through it. You should go pretty fast then.

just have one portal above you and one portal below you, then jump in, takes a couple of seconds

There is some arbitrary limit so you don't increase in speed forever. The speed limit is not directly translatable into mph or any other real measurement because the size of the units of measure are unique to the game.
