run around a bit while keeping an eye on the minimap, any skulls that show up are the locations of zombies to kill

if this is the bit after you got the armoured truck to the workshop and theres a skull but no zombie, it sometimes gets stuck behind the door, exit the game and try again, theres no other way to fix it
