how do i sprint minecraft

in minecraft how do u do sprinting?

To Sprint, double tap the W button, or the button that makes you move forward, on the second hit, hold it down.

Tap W, then Hold it to sprint. If you run into anything, you'll stop, and this wears down your hunger. You cannot begin sprinting while already moving.
