is portal 2 a good game for a 12 year old?

my 12 year old nephew has a birthday and I was thikning of getting him Portal 2, is it an appropriate game for a kid of hsi age?

It is one of the better games for a kid his age.  Minimal cartoon violence and no bad language or sexual content.

Beyond that, it's an excellent puzzle game that will make me think logically and have fun doing it.  Not to mention he should find it pretty funny.

Yes it's a great game and has no violence other than some turret's shooting at you,and it has no cursing.Pick it up so as long as he enjoy's puzzle games.

Well the rating is 10+ so why not its a puzzle game too so he will have to think logically and the jokes will probaly make him laugh

Its a good game for a 12 year old because it involves thinking on how to solve several puzzles and it has a good sense of cartoon humor. Besides there isnt any violence, blood, bad language and/or sexual content seen or heard in the game.

It's probably one of the best games for a 12 year old, if you're concerned about content. Portal 2 is both a relatively clean and immensly popular game, so there's no worry about giving him an unpopular game because you're worried about sparing his innocence.

Yes, it is an appropiate game for  12 year olds. There is minimal violence, and blood (after being shot from turrets). There is also no foul language or sexual content. It is a great game for all ages and can really make you pretty hard to solve some of the more challenging puzzles.
