how can unlock goro kintaro and shao kahn in mortal kombat 9?

I think you can only unlock them by hacks. You will need to look up these hacks as unfortunately, i can't find one that is safe for my Playstation and XBox360. They are both slow for some reason! If you find a hack that worked for you can you please let me know? Thanks
