Lay the band on a smooth, flat surface. Get one strap, and put it under the band, making sure that the open circle handle part is facing you. Make sure the strap is 2-3 inches from the end. Then take both ends of the strap, and put the opposite end through the loop. Pull it as tight as you can. Do the same thing for the other side.
