where to cahnge your powers dc universe

you can't change your power (fire, ice, gadgets, mental, nature, sorcery). if you want to change you loadout hit “P” and then drag you powers around.

The powers you selected upon creation cannot be changed mid-game.

It seems the most you can do is respec your character or make a new one.
