this is a daily quest for the runecrafting proffesion

it requires you to craft a few of the item, luminous insightful runes which you should be able to make already or be able to train it at the runecrafter trainer,

and then travel to lantern hook to complete the quest.

these quests reward you with some crafting materials back, from the box you get, and some marks which can be used to buy more recipies, allowing you to collect better and more useful items you can make.
