Wikipedia simply says ESRB rating: M.
so yeah, its just 'mature'.

As far i know , it will be Mature so around 16+ ~ 18+

Most definitely Mature, since it's a fairly violent game.

You rarely see adult games (outside of Australia of course) since many companies do not want to put themselves in the position of selling games to such a small audience.

When in doubt, any game that has some form of gore or explicit violence is Mature. Games like World of Warcraft, where there is violence/blood are not mature because they're not as explicit.
