Best way to get your code is to buy the epic edition of Bulletstorm or preorder GOW3. If you don't like to spend on for a beta, Join twitter. Follow CliffB, GEARCON and Stacey from epic games company and try to win codes. Mind you, they conduct contests every day and give out codes very fast. Also, don't try to buy betas from others - via eBay or from a friend. If they find out it'll result in banning of your account from the GOW3 game servers or possibly from PSN if it gets out of hand.

Buying Bulletstorm Epic edition gets you into the beta on the 18th of April. You could also pre-order Gears of War 3 and get into the beta, I believe that gets you in on the 25th. There are also codes to get into the beta that people might be handing out, you just have to do some searching for them.
