Kerbal Space Program sinking glitch?

Question

In Kerbal Space Program, whenever I walk in the dark green grass on Kerbin, or any other surface (Exept the Mun) I will glitch into the ground, and start shaking around when trying to walk around, and even completely falling through the world, or just dieing by glitching too far into the ground, making the game think I fell from a big height and killing me. How do I fix this?
