Castelia City Empty Lot

Question

In Pokemon White (Black) 2, The Empty Lot is hard to find for some people. This area is constantly sought out for the pokemon ot has the abilitie to bring forward, such as Eeve, and Skitty, two valuable and very pretty pokemon.

Eevee is mostly sought out for breeding it, evolving it.

Skitty is mostly sought out for breeding purposes, and evolving into the beutiful Delcaty.

But be warned about this area, for those are NOT the only two Pokemon this place keeps hold of! If you ARE hunting Eevee and Skitty, well, you need to know this:

Eevee is about as rare to find in this area as Riolu is in Floccesy ranch. Not impossible,  but not likely. You can also recieve an Eevee from Amanita in Castelia City.

Skitty is not available in Pokemon Black 2 unless you use Link Trade or possibly Poketransfer. In Pokemon White 2, Castelia City Empty Lot is the only spot this pokemon is up for grabs.

Neither of these Pokemon are only found in Rustling Grass.

I just ran into an Eevee and Skitty now, so both can be found here!

Castelia City Empty Lot is in the Sewers. Northeast side of the room, go up the both set of stairs.

You will come upon a small area with grass and a Guy standing in the corner. You CAN walk in front of him, he will not challenge you.

The Pokemon here are about levels 14-23. Thats not a perferct range, but i dont recomend using pokemon to battle if they are over Levels 25.
