how to get past the elite four guy at twist mountain in pokemon white 2?

As you progress in the Story Line, he will eventually move out of yor way. I have not passed that part of the Story Line yet, i am still trying to train up my Pokemon to beat Leader Drayden in Opelucid City. After him, i believe there is one badge left. After you get to beat all the Gym Leaders, he will most likely move back to the Elite Four Post, so you may challenge him.
