Will the PSP port of La Pucelle Tactics make it to the US?

Given how much the original PS2 game was censored for its release in the US, I would say that NIS won't be releasing its sequel over here anytime soon. But then again, the porting company was Mastiff, and they removed every instance of a cross in the game themselves. It took a little over two years for them to bring over the first game, so there is still a small chance that NIS will bring over La Pucelle Tactics+Ragnarok, which is the official title of the PSP game. If you ask me, though, they would have brought it over already under their NIS America publisher if they intended to bring it over at all.
