CoC either stands for the Cone of Cold spell or the Coliseum of Champions raid, depending on the situation.

Cone of Cold, the Mage spell

or

Crucible of Carnage, the quest chain (and area) in Twilight Highlands.

There is no Coliseum of Champions.  I'm assuming mrtowl means Trial of the Grand Crusader/Champion
