where are the adoptable children in skyrim?

Well, there are tons of adoptable children all over Skryim.

A good place to start is Honorhall Orphanage in Riften. Orignally, there are at least four children there: 3 boys and 1 girl. But if you murder a childs parents/parent, that child will end up at Honorhall Orphanage along with the orginal children.

 

Sometimes you will find homeless children walking the streets of a certain city.

For instance, a little girl named Sofie walks the streets of Windhelm selling flowers. She can be adopted.

There's also a boy named Blaise that is a stable boy as Kaitlas Farm near Solitude, he can also be adopted.
