how do you disable rift authenticator?

The rift authenticator is here to avoid being hacked. Rift should have sent you a code to unlock this. Everytime you login with a different IP a different code will be generated. If you have a dynamic IP please go to the rift website to find a solution.

Josri, your an idiot.... what you are talking about is something other than the Authenticator. you are talking about the Rift Coin Lock, NOT the Authenticator get your facts straight before you try giving advice and tips. the only way you can turn off your authenticator is to call Trion at 1-877-70TRION (87466). They are open Monday-Friday normal business hours. so if your having problems with your authenticator you are screwed till the following Monday (saying there isn't a holiday following that weekend)
