I had a hard time with this bastard as well, to me it think luck should be on your side and you should be at least Lvl 52 (Terra). Things Needed KeyBlade (Chaos Ripper), Abilities (Damage Aspil, Combo Life, Last Life, Life Bracer), Shoot Lock (Lightining Ray, Ragnarok, or Bio Barrage), Commands (MegaFlare X2, Curaga X4).

At the Start of the Battle Shoot Lock him Immediately, you should be able to do two Shoot Locks with a full Focus Bar after that get hit the get your Focus Bar to full. (Trust me you'll get hit almost most of the time, though with enough timing you can do dodge his Fire Spin, oh and don't for get to heal) Rinse and repeat.
