Hallo und Herzlich willkommen bei Terraria Lagg ich hab ein I7 Core intel Prozessor und 

1024MB PowerColor Radeon HD 6850 Aktiv PCIe 2.1 x16 (Retail) Grafik karte 8Gb Ram was will man mehr? ^^ Warum laggt das kleine Game ?

Increrease you screen resolution. Also ry to stop unawanted services running in background.

If problem still occurs then try to use Intel software partner Reginout for best performance.
