how do i sharpen my sword with frost imbuement sims medieval

You can't imbue the frost onto your standard longsword. Look at the other sword in your inventory (the one that you can not sell). If you don't have one, buy one. Click it, and it will have the option to imbue with frost, which will give you a Wyrmslayer sword.
