help i keep getting woken up by monsters in minecraft

here are some simple ways to prevent this: 1) Have a house. Make sure walls are protecting your house from ceiling to floor unless you have windows (use glass instead of holes). 2) Place torches! Torches prevent mobs from spawning in certain areas, and be sure to spread them all around the house. 3) Dont have houses made of sand, gravel or dirt. Use Wooden planks, wood, stone, cobblestone, wool, or cakes ^_^ 4) dont place your bed RIGHT AGAINST A WALL. Due to a weird bug, monsters can sometimes go through walls if a player is there. If none of these work, play on peaceful b4 u sleep

If you want the bed to be against the wall for aesthetic reasons make the wall  two blocks thick. Minecraft checks a two block radius around the bed.
