Arms Dealer - acquire Musket (by breaking a Shadow Orb, for example)

Nurse - increase maximum health at least once by activating a Crystal Heart

Dryad - kill a boss

Demolitionist - obtain a Dynamite or Bomb for the first time

Merchant - collect 50 silver coins

NOTE: You need a proper house for each one of them (which is: a door, at least one light source, a chair, a table, walls)
