If you have a depth meter, try and find the floating islands. Using some extra material, and on a small world, make a tower up to about 450, and travel to either the left or the right. You're sure to hit some floating islands! There is a chance you'll find rocket boots in one of the chests in the shrines on the islands. Good look!
