first to get the guid to live with you make a room it requries

1. a door

2 a table

3 a chair

4 walls

5 at least 5 spaces high and 7 spaces wide (maybe backwards)

Now for merchant to come get 50 silver coins

nurse get at least one health expasion

arms dealer get a gun

dyrayd kill a boss

and thats all the npcs that can live with you

(all need rooms)
