There is no jump option, which I know can feel frustrating. If there's something you're trying to reach, odds are there's a ramp or a hidden path nearby.

You don't. It's just like in Baldur's Gate and other similar rpg titles. If you can't jump there, odds are it's just a graphical goodie and not something you can interact with.

You can't, generally in RPG games. Well, most of the games. I doubt the characters even dive/ get blown away mid-air when he's being hit.

You can't becaues Bioware didn't make the game that way, talk about lazy developers :P.

There is no way to jump in Dragon Age 2 because Bioware didn't include a jumping feature in the game. There still wouldn't be much to do even if there was a button that allowed you to jump.

You are unable to jump in Dragon Age 2. However, when you press the attack button while a certain distance away from an enemy, your melee characters will leap towards them.
