Unfortunately no. The 3DS is similar to the DSi in that it doesn't have a GBA slot. However there is a rumor that the future 3DSware store may have GBA games for download.

The DSlite was the last DS handheld that had a GBA port on the bottom. The 3DS only supports DS and 3DS games, as well as the ware apps that can be downloaded from the store.

Not at the moment.  There are rumors that some GBA games may make it to the wireless shop.

no, it does not have a slot for gameboy catridges but they might put them in the 3DS-ware shop in the future

You can't. it only works with DS games.
