To obtain a camel mount you must get your reputation with Ramkahen all the way to exalted, whichafter you will be able to purchase the camels from Ramkahen Quatermaster for a fee.

You can obtain the Camel by either getting Exalted with the Ramkahen faction, or finding a 'Dusty Camel Figurine' around Uldum. Upon clicking the figurine you will spawn a rare mob that drops a camel upon death.

you must become exalted with Ramkehan, and then all you have to do is visit the Ramkahen Quatermaster and you can buy one.

You can either get exalted reputation with the Ramakahen or you can find much harder to get one by clicking on the camel statues in Uldamon.

There are two ways:

1) Gain exalted faction repulation with Ramkahen.

2) Find the camel statue in Uldum, and click it. This will spawn a mob that drops the mount.

You have two options, either find a camel statue in Uldum and fight the mob that drops it, or hit exalted rep with Ramkahen.
