Hi, The best way to find out how much dps your pulling is by running a world of logs or by running a meter in a raid use that data and commpare it agaist other people playing your class and spec a decent (but not perfect site) is "stateofdps"

There are a few mods that will monitor your DPS (as well as other things such as healing) called Recount or Skada.

Depending on which you do, you can monitor your numbers as well as report them to a group/raid/guild etc.

Go to www.curse.com then WoW addons and look for Recount, which is the most used. However, I prefer Skada simply because it uses less resources than Recount does.

Running an addon such as Recount will be good enough for casual purposes. it does mess up occasionally, but usually no more than a few hundred DPS off, which is insignificant in the long run.

As said before, you can run logs and parse them through sites such as World Of Raids, but that's more than the casual player really needs.
