how do you get zorua in pokemon black and white?

You have to have an Event Celebi in your party to get Zorua. You can also just breed Zoroark, but in order to obtain Zoroark, you have to have one of the Event Legendary Dogs Entei, Raikou, or Suicune in your party. All of them were given away by GameStop from January-March of this year.

If you have them, you can get Zorua and Zoroark in Castelia City. You will have to battle them.

what is an Event Celebi. I have a Celebi but not from any event is there a difference?

Zorua is given to you in Castelia City if you have the event Celebi in your party. Zoroark is found in Lostlorn Forest and you have to battle it if you have any of the 3 event shiny legendary dogs. But you could also just look on the Global Trade Terminal.

You have to transfer celebi from the tansfer machine in Castella City (make sure you have roome in your party including celebi), then you take celebi into the first ally from Necrene City, turn into the first door way on your right you'll see two people next to each other, make sure celebi is first in your party and talk to the boy he'll talk or something then transform back into Zorua which he'll join your party without a fight.
