Mobile Authenticator Rift android getting error There was a problem generating your serial key

Question

getting this error on evo andriod 2.2 OS.

it says serial number invalid and when i try to get new key it says there was a problem generating your serial key

help?

suppose to do 2.6 or better. your phone needs an update. do it through your phone settings.
