How many calories you burn depend on the intensity and type of activity, but also the weight and general fitness level of the person.  Basically the more out of shape you are, the more calories you will burn, and the more you weigh, the more calories you will burn.

 

That being said, a 150lb person doing "moderate" dancing (depending on the difficulty in dance central you can probably get slightly above moderate dancing, for most people probably just below) you burn between 300-400Cals an hr.
