How do you do the Gun slinger skill shot in bulletstorm using the screamer?

You need to either get two snapshots, fast draws, or a combination of the two skillshots in a row. I found it easiest to get by going for fast draw headshots on enemies who were grouped together. Just keep your gun level with the heads in the group and quickly pull the left trigger and go for their heads.
