In Sims Medieval, how do i give gems to the jewler?

You need to have 6 barley and then open cargo hold put the barley in it then sail to trade , you need to look on the right of the screen to see which town you need to go to and it should say when youve come back that you have traded and aquired gems, you need to make sure the gems are in your inventory by taking them out of the cargo hold and then a orange sign should show where ther jeweler is (he should be in the town square)
