A Delivery for Neeralak quest wow how do you use a Blackrock Disguise?

i'm supposed to sneak into the Skull Warren and convince Dragon-Lord Neeralak to take your Crate of Sleeping Flamekin? how do i do that with disguise? and where is Colonel Troteman that gives out more disguises?

you don't lose the disguise it just falls off, the icon for it should still be in your inventory, click on it to reapply, don't destroy it until you've completed all the Burning Steppes quests, spoiler alert: remember where those guys are because later on you have to go back(with the help of an orc) and kill them.
