Well the only way to beat him is by being 1 step ahead of him, be invisible at all turns up down x3 then upper cut step back fly over him up down kick or upper cut again then use x ray and repeat until time would run out or you kill him

Teleport behind him and sweep. Hold for a sec as he gets up and starts to attack again, teleport and sweep. Keep repeating this process. after every 4-5 sweeps he'll change his order and maybe block or parry and will get you. Its okay just keep repeating the process and throw an xray in there if its ready.
