There are three 'batteries', power sources that you need to remove from their sockets, to kill the oxygen in the room, and put out the fire. Two are on ground level, and one is on the ceiling, in case you can't find them all (no gravity, so fly up). Also, you'll need one of the 'batteries' to power a door in the next room, so take one with you.
