If you are talking about the game Dreamfall: The Longest Journey it should take between 10-15 hours to complete. If you rush and skip lots of things and have a guide you should finish in less than 6 hours though.

Both are assuming you are using a guide otherwise it may take longer.

If you are really really slow it may take up to 22 hours.
