rift authentication failed please check your email address and password and if enabled, your authentication code

getting above error (error #2001) when trying to log in to rift., email and password are correct and my authenticator is not enabled so why cant i log in

well on your itouch/iphone if you changed the code by acedent then you would have to do it all over again
