Rift HELP ALL my characters DISAPPEARED!

I logged on to Rift and found that ALL my characters on ALL shards and servers are GONE!!! HELP TRION!

same issue is happening to me. got disconnected and when I logged back in i had no characters. am on Belmont server. how do i get my characters back
