The answer should be located on the 'palm' of the Sapphire Dragon Claw - starting with the outer ring, it's Moth - Owl - Wolf to get in the first portion.
When you reach the totem puzzle, activate the pillars from left to right: Whale - Eagle - Snake - Whale.
