HELP world of warcraft wants to review me!

Question

WOW is saying I am trying to sell my personal account but I am not! not they want to reveiew my account! What do I do? I have hihgh lvl characters and I never bought gold or never power leveled so i dont wanna get banned because i did nothing wrong! Here is the email i got:
